(*) IO : IO limits (expressed in KB/sec) restrict the data throughput for the customer. When the limit is reached, the processes are throttled (put to sleep). This makes sure that processes within the Lightweight Virtual Environment (Panel that Cloudlinux uses to set user resource limits) cannot go over the limit.
(*) EP : (Entry Process): is the concurrent/simultaneous user visits. Usually a normal website does not exceed 10 (EP). When we set EP limits for an account, then we strictly limit the number of concurrent Apache connections to be served by a specific website.
