Backup & disaster recovery.

All customer data is automatically backed up locally once a day. Additionally we use Incremental Backup Technology to backup the data remotely in different geo-locations for increased safety/security, in case the local backups are not available.

Incremental backup frequency:

7 daily
4 weekly
1 monthly

Dazzle guarantees that in case of a total infrastructure failure, your server will be backed up and running in less than 4 hours (also out of office hours).
