Limitation of liability.

Services to be delivered due to following events will be invoiced separately:

  • Insufficient or incorrect information communicated by the Principal;
  • Modifications to the software or system by someone else than staff authorised by Dazzle;
  • System software, hardware or application software that is not in the scope of this Agreement;
  • If the defects that appear were caused by improper use.
  • The repair of functional errors and broken modules, due to technical maintenance, is not covered by the technical maintenance.
