Functional (adaptive) support.


A Functional Support Contract consists of a budget of prepaid service credits (=service hours) that can be used for: 

  • Debugging
  • 2nd line helpdesk support 
  • To develop functional changes/enhancements 

The client internally needs to appoint one person to provide assistance to the end users (called 1st line support). This person will also be the Service Authorized User (SAU) who can rely on the help desk of Dazzle (2nd line support) if the 1st line support offers no solution.


A full functional support contract amounts to 18% of the initial development cost.
